A 3-level selection process
For quality work, the Bureau Cadres offers three levels of selection to identify the best profiles for each position.
CV Pre-screening
Access to the "Top Executives" database available at FNE or online. The employer can make their own selection or entrust it to the Bureau Cadres Employment Advisor who presents pre-selected CVs.
Test administration
Written tests tailored to the offered position to objectively evaluate each candidate.
- Psychotechnical tests — mental agility, coherence
- Personality tests — character traits
- Technical tests — job mastery
The interview (jury)
Oral test that confirms the assessments made during CV review and written tests. The jury consists of FNE and company representatives.

- Interview results by merit with jury opinion
Evaluation of current staff
As part of staff redeployment or the company's social review, Bureau Cadres supports you in evaluating the relevant personnel. This evaluation is done in 3 steps: job definition, related profile and evaluation of current staff. Through in-depth interviews and tests, our Advisors conduct an analysis that reveals each employee's strengths and development areas.
